We did the entire house flooring replacement, went from all carpet to LVP in most areas and caret in some. We dealt with Paul Lavallee and the whole project took a little over 3 months from measurement to final installation but the covid had major role in sample and product delay. We started doing the comparison and had over 10 different quotes / pricing for different items and Paul provided me fair pricing and patiently helped arrange 3 different installation to complete the project. I loved the fact they had so many brands to choose from !
We bought Shaw Carpet and Mohawk LVP – It’s been a month and so far so good and hopefully never need to use the warranty for any issues.
P.S Debbie is also great in answering phone calls pleasantly every time I came across her when I called in.
