Thanks Carpet-Towne for completing the work as promised. We went to 3 different companies and we chose Carpet-Towne because we felt re-assured about the installation process . We can\'t thank Pete and Glen enough for the hard work and their attention to detail . This was a big install for the entire main floor , thus we were a bit on edge and worried how it would look when finished. It looks amazing and we are 100% satisfied. We did the entire house flooring replacement, went from all carpet to LVP in most areas and caret in some. We dealt with Paul Lavallee and the whole project took a little over 3 months from measurement to final installation but the covid had major role in sample and product delay. We started doing the comparison and had over 10 different quotes / pricing for different items and Paul provided me fair pricing and patiently helped arrange 3 different installation to complete the project. I loved the fact they had so many brands to choose from !
We bought Shaw Carpet and Mohawk LVP - It's been a month and so far so good and hopefully never need to use the warranty for any issues.
P.S Debbie is also great in answering phone calls pleasantly every time I came across her when I called in.

This testimonial comes 2 months after the completion of the work. I wanted to wait and provide feedback for the work done, and how it has held up to now. I have to say, that the overall process, working with Debbie and team, was great. Everyone was very professional and knew exactly what they were talking about. The work was to remove our existing wood flooring that went from the entrance way, straight through to the kitchen. There was a different wood floor in the dining room that was almost an inch lower.
All wood was removed, sub-floor was added to the dining room and the new floor went down. Kitchen got ceramic tiles, that were a match with some existing tile in the house. Again, the team knew what we needed and I am not disappointed with the result. 2 months later, the ceramic tile and hardwood floors are still gong strong. No signs of poor craftsmanship (not that I expected any).
